HIPAA-compliant web portal is used by physicians, patients or other agencies to upload documents securely.
Physicians
- Physicians or any staff assigned by
physician can upload documents, download blank Title XIX, view
ICD-10 codes or view approved ICD-10 for some
supplies/equipment. Physicians also can request blank
Orders to be sent it, instead of receiving traditional method of
faxing.
Patients
- Patients or family member can
upload a prescription or even fill in a referral form to request
medical supplies/equipment.
Agencies
- Representatives from Home Health
Agencies or Adult Day Care Centers can upload documents.
